The scene does not establish whether Wakita recognized Haibara as Shiho Miyano or merely noticed that she was unwell.
Haibara’s danger sense reacts here. At the park, the children tell her that only the sushi chef and the suspects were there. Could Camel Realize That Wakita Is Rum?
Camel may be able to connect Wakita with the older man, but the chapter has not yet shown a conscious identification.
